Water Security: A Pathway to Sustainable Development World Water Day 2015 Event

    2015 is a vitally important year for the international water community. In April, we will gather in Korea at the 7th World Water Forum, in September the United Nations General Assembly will adopt Sustainable Development Goals, and the year will end with a debate on a global climate agreement in Paris at CoP21.
     
    For World Water Day 2015, the World Water Council, with the support of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, is bringing together prominent policy makers and stakeholders to address the critical issues facing water security in the context of adapting to climate change, alleviating risk and catalyzing action.
