Opening Ceremony IWRA World Water Congress

In his opening speech at the World Water Congress 2023, Loic Fauchon, President of the World Water Council, emphasized the need of a "Political Water Deal" :

We are forced to accept these geopolitical, economic and above all societal changes.  And even more so as we are part of the water community, we should feel responsible to define a new relationship between Humankind and Water.

I deeply believe it, and I believe that we need to lay the foundations for a "Political Water Deal".

To be concrete, a few simple words seem to sum up what is the "Political Water Deal": 

Preserve, Produce, Save, Finance, Govern, Communicate. Six "saving water words".
