Elle souligne que la protection de la biodiversit\u00e9 et des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes est essentielle \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration du bien-\u00eatre humain. La sant\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre maintenue de mani\u00e8re isol\u00e9e : l'eau propre, les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes sains et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9silientes sont profond\u00e9ment interd\u00e9pendants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Conseil met l'accent sur le concept parall\u00e8le de&nbsp;<strong>\u201cUne seule eau\u201d<\/strong>, La gestion des ressources en eau est une approche globale, fond\u00e9e sur la gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des ressources en eau (GIRE). Cette approche holistique consid\u00e8re toutes les eaux - eaux de surface, eaux souterraines, eaux us\u00e9es et eaux pluviales - comme un seul et m\u00eame syst\u00e8me qui doit \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re durable. Comme One Health, elle souligne que l'eau doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e et partag\u00e9e \u00e9quitablement entre les personnes, les animaux et les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La synergie entre les deux concepts est \u00e9vidente :&nbsp;<strong>l'eau est \u00e0 la fois un vecteur potentiel de maladies et un puissant bouclier contre les maladies<\/strong>. Garantir une eau salubre et en quantit\u00e9 suffisante permet d'\u00e9viter la propagation des pand\u00e9mies, de favoriser l'hygi\u00e8ne et de consolider les fondements de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour renforcer ce lien, le Conseil&nbsp;<strong>Task force sur la qualit\u00e9 de l'eau et la sant\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;a lanc\u00e9 l'initiative&nbsp;<em>Une eau, une sant\u00e9<\/em>&nbsp;dirig\u00e9 par les professeurs Ahmet Saat\u00e7i et Bilge Kocamemi. Cette initiative met en \u00e9vidence la surveillance des eaux us\u00e9es et de l'environnement en tant qu'outils puissants pour la d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce des maladies et de la r\u00e9sistance aux antimicrobiens. Conform\u00e9ment au lancement par l'UE de l'initiative&nbsp;<strong>GLOWACON<\/strong>, Le Conseil plaide pour la d\u00e9mocratisation de ces pratiques afin d'am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9paration dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l'Expo d'Osaka, le Conseil mondial de l'eau a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9v\u00e9nements de haut niveau, du pavillon Glowacon aux discussions des pavillons turc et portugais. Le pr\u00e9sident Lo\u00efc Fauchon a insist\u00e9 sur le besoin urgent de relier l'eau et la sant\u00e9 dans les cadres de la gouvernance mondiale, soulignant que&nbsp;<strong>la pr\u00e9vention est plus efficace et plus \u00e9conomique que la curation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la perspective de la&nbsp;<strong>11e Forum mondial de l'eau \u00e0 Riyad (2027)<\/strong>, L'initiative \"Une seule sant\u00e9\" sera un sous-th\u00e8me cl\u00e9 dans le cadre de l'initiative \"Une seule sant\u00e9\".&nbsp;<em>L'eau pour les humains et la nature<\/em>. Le Conseil appelle \u00e0 la suppression des cloisonnements entre les secteurs et \u00e0 la mise en place d'un syst\u00e8me d'information et de communication.&nbsp;<strong>\u201cL'alliance des cinq doigts\u201d<\/strong>-L'eau, la sant\u00e9, l'alimentation, la nature et l'\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le message est clair :&nbsp;<strong>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sanitaire, alimentaire et \u00e9cologique sont indissociables.
