Lo\u00efc Fauchon, a \u00e9t\u00e9 une voix centrale tout au long de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement, renfor\u00e7ant l'engagement du Conseil \u00e0 faire progresser l'hydro-diplomatie, l'irrigation pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, et la coop\u00e9ration mondiale de l'eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.worldwatercouncil.org\/sites\/default\/files\/thumbnail_image2.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une ouverture forte pour le dialogue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Forum s'est ouvert sur des interventions de haut niveau, dont un discours de M. Fauchon, qui a donn\u00e9 le ton des discussions en appelant les gouvernements et les institutions \u00e0 \u201cpr\u00e9server, r\u00e9server et servir\u201d. Ce message - qui appelle \u00e0 la protection des ressources naturelles, \u00e0 une planification minutieuse et \u00e0 un acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable \u00e0 l'eau - a trouv\u00e9 un \u00e9cho aupr\u00e8s de dignitaires tels que le Ministre malaisien de l'agriculture et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, S.E. Fauchon a apport\u00e9 son \u00e9clairage sur les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s politiques qui fa\u00e7onnent la gestion de l'eau aujourd'hui, notamment en ce qui concerne les d\u00e9fis transfrontaliers dans un contexte g\u00e9opolitique en pleine \u00e9volution. Ses remarques ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9es par le ministre Mohamad Bin Sabu lors de la cl\u00f4ture de la session, refl\u00e9tant leur impact et leur pertinence pour les d\u00e9bats mondiaux en cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Renforcer les partenariats strat\u00e9giques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9unions bilat\u00e9rales organis\u00e9es au cours de la mission ont permis de renforcer les partenariats du CME avec les gouvernements et les institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Avec la Malaisie<\/strong>, Les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur l'adh\u00e9sion potentielle du pays au Conseil mondial de l'eau, le ministre ayant exprim\u00e9 son vif int\u00e9r\u00eat pour une telle adh\u00e9sion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avec la FAO<\/strong>, Les \u00e9changes ont port\u00e9 sur l'engagement des jeunes, les pr\u00e9paratifs du 11e Forum mondial de l'eau et le prochain Grand Prix mondial de l'eau du roi Hassan II. Le Conseil mondial de l'eau a \u00e9galement confirm\u00e9 sa participation au dialogue sur l'eau de la FAO \u00e0 Rome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avec le Japon<\/strong>, Les deux parties ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 leur engagement \u00e0 approfondir la coop\u00e9ration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avec la CIMI<\/strong>\u00a0La direction a envisag\u00e9 la prochaine Conf\u00e9rence CIID \u00e0 Marseille, assurant une forte participation minist\u00e9rielle et du secteur priv\u00e9, ainsi que l'engagement actif de l'Arabie Saoudite, co-h\u00f4te du 11\u00e8me Forum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.worldwatercouncil.org\/sites\/default\/files\/bilatML.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Engager le public et les m\u00e9dias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des r\u00e9unions \u00e0 huis clos, le message du Conseil a touch\u00e9 un public plus large. M. Fauchon a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une conf\u00e9rence de presse conjointe avec des responsables malaisiens et a accord\u00e9 une interview approfondie \u00e0&nbsp;<em>Le Dossier de l'eau<\/em>. La conversation a port\u00e9 sur l'hydro-diplomatie, les pr\u00e9paratifs de Riyad 2027, les solutions technologiques dans le domaine de l'eau et le r\u00f4le essentiel du leadership des jeunes. L'entretien sera publi\u00e9 et diffus\u00e9 dans le courant du mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La jeunesse en premi\u00e8re ligne<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'engagement des jeunes a \u00e9t\u00e9 un autre point fort de la pr\u00e9sence du Conseil au WIF4. Le 11 septembre, Mme Karishma Asoodani, chef de mission pour la jeunesse, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la strat\u00e9gie d'engagement des jeunes du Conseil mondial de l'eau pour le prochain Forum mondial de l'eau \u00e0 Riyad. Les jeunes participants ont r\u00e9pondu avec enthousiasme, proposant d'organiser une session d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l'irrigation lors du Forum, soulignant ainsi leur engagement \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner l'avenir de la gouvernance de l'eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.worldwatercouncil.org\/sites\/default\/files\/KAML.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Envisager Riyad en 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mission de Kuala Lumpur s'est achev\u00e9e sur une note d'optimisme. Le Conseil mondial de l'eau a renforc\u00e9 ses liens avec des partenaires cl\u00e9s, a fait avancer les pr\u00e9paratifs du 11e Forum mondial de l'eau et a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 son r\u00f4le d'organisateur du dialogue au plus haut niveau politique et technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme l'a rappel\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident Fauchon aux participants, l'eau est \u00e0 la fois un lien et une source de conflit potentiel.
