M. Chen Min, vice-ministre chinois des ressources en eau, M. Loic Fauchon, pr\u00e9sident du Conseil mondial de l'eau, le professeur Philippe Gourbesville, pr\u00e9sident de l'Association internationale pour l'ing\u00e9nierie et la recherche en hydro-environnement (AIRH), et M. William Yeo, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint du Public Utilities Board de Singapour, ont prononc\u00e9 des discours stimulants lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d'ouverture.<\/p>\n<p>Le vice-ministre Chen Min a soulign\u00e9 l'importance cruciale de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau et de la conservation de la biodiversit\u00e9 pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable, et a fait part des politiques et des pratiques de la Chine en mati\u00e8re de promotion de la conservation de la biodiversit\u00e9 et de son engagement \u00e0 honorer les objectifs et les cibles des ODD li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'eau. Le pr\u00e9sident Loic Fauchon a soulign\u00e9 l'importance du dialogue et de la coop\u00e9ration dans la lutte contre les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'eau dans un contexte de turbulences climatiques, de pression d\u00e9mographique et d'effondrement des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes, et a fait part de son point de vue unique sur les principes de gouvernance de l'eau propos\u00e9s par le pr\u00e9sident chinois Xi Jinping.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la pr\u00e9sentation principale, des experts et des repr\u00e9sentants d'entreprises de Chine, du Br\u00e9sil, de Singapour et d'Espagne ont montr\u00e9 la construction de passes \u00e0 poissons pour les barrages, la lib\u00e9ration \u00e9cologique du d\u00e9bit, la protection de la qualit\u00e9 de l'eau, le pompage et le d\u00e9versement, l'autonomisation num\u00e9rique, etc., mettant en lumi\u00e8re la relation entre l'humanit\u00e9, l'eau, la biodiversit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<p>Le \u201cS\u00e9minaire mondial sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau\u201d est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement phare annuel organis\u00e9 conjointement par le minist\u00e8re chinois des ressources en eau et le Conseil mondial de l'eau. Il s'est tenu avec succ\u00e8s pendant quatre ans, de 2021 \u00e0 2024.
