Lo\u00efc Fauchon, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201cAu nom du Conseil mondial de l'eau, je tiens \u00e0 f\u00e9liciter l'Arabie saoudite et Riyad pour son \u00e9lection en tant qu'h\u00f4te du 11e Forum mondial de l'eau. Le Conseil mondial de l'eau se r\u00e9jouit de travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les Saoudiens au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es afin de r\u00e9unir le monde \u00e0 Riyad en 2027 et de continuer \u00e0 faire de l'eau une priorit\u00e9 mondiale et politique\u201d.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span style='font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif' lang=\"EN-US\">Les gouverneurs ont \u00e9lu le pays et la ville h\u00f4tes par vote secret. L'Arabie Saoudite a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span style='font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif' lang=\"EN-US\">Le Forum mondial de l'eau est le plus grand rassemblement international dans le secteur de l'eau impliquant divers acteurs, co-organis\u00e9 par le Conseil mondial de l'eau et une ville h\u00f4te. Le Forum se tient tous les trois ans, depuis 1997. Le Forum mondial de l'eau n'est pas une simple conf\u00e9rence : il comprend une phase de pr\u00e9paration de trois ans (phase pr\u00e9paratoire), un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d'une semaine (phase \u00e9v\u00e9nementielle) et une pr\u00e9sentation des r\u00e9sultats (phase de synth\u00e8se), avec le soutien permanent des organisations membres du Conseil mondial de l'eau.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span style='font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif' lang=\"EN-US\">Le Forum rassemble des participants de tous les niveaux et de tous les domaines, y compris la politique, les institutions multilat\u00e9rales, le monde universitaire, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et le secteur priv\u00e9, entre autres.
