Le Conseil mondial de l'eau a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9rence des Nations unies sur l'eau <\/strong><\/span>du 22 au 24 mars 2023 \u00e0 New York<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00c0 New York, les lanternes sont d\u00e9sormais \u00e9teintes.<\/em>
La f\u00eate de l'eau s'est achev\u00e9e avec pr\u00e8s de 6 500 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s venus de plus de 185 pays.<\/em>
Comme dans toutes les grandes conf\u00e9rences internationales, et en particulier \u00e0 l'ONU, certains verront le verre \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 plein car la priorit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e \u00e0 l'eau. D'autres verront le verre \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 vide en raison de l'absence d'engagement sp\u00e9cifique et de d\u00e9cision concr\u00e8te. Les uns et les autres ont probablement raison.<\/em>
Le Conseil mondial de l'eau a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sent durant ces journ\u00e9es en participant \u00e0 plus de 15 \u00e9v\u00e9nements, au cours desquels nous avons pu faire valoir nos positions, nos arguments et nos propositions sur les grandes questions du moment.<\/em>
En particulier, le r\u00f4le des autorit\u00e9s locales, l'importance des bassins, la place de l'eau pour la nature, la gestion des catastrophes, etc.<\/em>
Avec nos coll\u00e8gues indon\u00e9siens, nous avons mis l'accent sur le 10e Forum mondial de l'eau, qui se tiendra en mai 2024 \u00e0 Bali, tous les jours et toutes les heures.<\/em>
Enfin, nous avons rappel\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises que \u201cl'eau, c'est de la politique\u201d, soulignant que seule la volont\u00e9 et l'engagement des acteurs politiques permettront d'\u00e9clairer le quotidien de plusieurs milliards de personnes.<\/em>
La r\u00e9union de New York a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 utile \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Avec son partenaire Cit\u00e9s et Gouvernements Locaux Unis (CGLU), le Conseil mondial de l'eau a rappel\u00e9 qu'il \u00e9tait important de ne plus isoler l'eau, c'est-\u00e0-dire de mieux l'int\u00e9grer sur un pied d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans les processus de r\u00e9flexion autour de la sant\u00e9, de l'\u00e9nergie, de l'\u00e9ducation et de l'alimentation. Il s'agit \u00e9galement de mieux comprendre qu'aujourd'hui, nous devons d\u00e9dier l'eau \u00e0 l'Homme mais aussi \u00e0 la Nature.<\/p>\n
