Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, ministre coordinateur des affaires maritimes et de l'investissement et M. Basuki Hadilmujono, ministre des travaux publics et du logement, ainsi que le gouverneur de Bali, M. Wayan Koster, et le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil mondial de l'eau, M. Loic Fauchon, entour\u00e9s d'un grand nombre de participants, \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents en ligne simultan\u00e9ment.
