{"id":3793,"date":"2022-07-26T09:24:03","date_gmt":"2022-07-26T07:24:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.worldwatercouncil.org\/review-2nd-dushanbe-conference\/"},"modified":"2025-11-17T18:13:55","modified_gmt":"2025-11-17T17:13:55","slug":"review-2nd-dushanbe-conference","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.worldwatercouncil.org\/fr\/review-2nd-dushanbe-conference\/","title":{"rendered":"Bilan de la 2\u00e8me conf\u00e9rence de Douchanb\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><strong>La deuxi\u00e8me conf\u00e9rence internationale de haut niveau sur la D\u00e9cennie internationale d'action \u201cL'eau au service du d\u00e9veloppement durable\u201d 2018-2028 s'est tenue du 6 au 9 juin 2022 \u00e0 Douchanb\u00e9, au Tadjikistan.<br \/>\nLe Conseil mondial de l'eau a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Dans le cadre des efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour la conf\u00e9rence Eau 2023 de l'ONU, organis\u00e9e par le gouvernement du Tadjikistan et le gouvernement des Pays-Bas, les discussions de la deuxi\u00e8me conf\u00e9rence internationale de haut niveau se sont concentr\u00e9es sur le th\u00e8me \u201cCatalyser l'action et les partenariats pour l'eau aux niveaux local, national, r\u00e9gional et mondial\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">L'objectif \u00e9tait d'examiner comment les gouvernements, les organisations multilat\u00e9rales et les autres organisations internationales, ainsi que les acteurs r\u00e9gionaux et locaux, pouvaient d\u00e9clencher des actions communes et des partenariats dans le domaine de l'eau. En vue de contribuer \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des objectifs et cibles li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'eau du Programme de d\u00e9veloppement durable \u00e0 l'horizon 2030, et en particulier de l'ODD 6.<br \/>\nL'action se concentre \u00e9galement sur le soutien de la r\u00e9ponse globale \u00e0 la crise du COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Le Conseil mondial de l'eau, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le professeur Ahmet Saat\u00e7i, membre du Comit\u00e9 consultatif international et du Bureau du Conseil, a particip\u00e9 activement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement et a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la D\u00e9claration finale qui sera transmise \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9rence des Nations unies sur l'eau \u00e0 New York en mars 2023.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Lo\u00efc Fauchon, pr\u00e9sident du Conseil mondial de l'eau, a \u00e9galement adress\u00e9 un message aux participants qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 projet\u00e9 pendant la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re.<br \/>\nIl a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l'engagement du Conseil mondial de l'eau :<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">En tant que plateforme multipartite et avec quelque 400 membres issus de 150 pays, le Conseil est pr\u00eat \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 faire de l'eau une priorit\u00e9 mondiale \u00e0 tous les niveaux et \u00e0 promouvoir des initiatives concr\u00e8tes\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><strong>- Vous pouvez trouver son intervention <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldwatercouncil.org\/en\/loic-fauchons-speech-conference-dushanbe-2022\">ici<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dushanbewaterprocess.org\/\">- Plus d'informations<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2nd High-Level International Conference on the International Decade for Action &#8220;Water for Sustainable Development&#8221; 2018-2028 was held from 6 to 9 June 2022 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
