Fauchon, prononce un discours sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau pour la paix et le d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Le pr\u00e9sident Fauchon et le directeur de la division des sciences de l'eau de l'UNESCO, Abou Amani, ont ouvert en tant qu'orateurs principaux le Forum mondial des leaders de l'eau organis\u00e9 par K-water (la compagnie nationale cor\u00e9enne de l'eau), le Conseil asiatique de l'eau et le Conseil consultatif de l'eau de l'Assembl\u00e9e nationale asiatique (AAWC). Face \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 et \u00e0 l'intensification des crises li\u00e9es au changement climatique, les participants de haut niveau et les experts se sont efforc\u00e9s de maintenir la dynamique de r\u00e9alisation des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable en soulignant le r\u00f4le crucial que joue l'eau dans la r\u00e9ponse aux besoins sanitaires et au changement climatique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\nLe pr\u00e9sident Fauchon a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le concept de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau comme l'une des quatre grandes priorit\u00e9s du 9e Forum mondial de l'eau qui se tiendra au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal en mars 2022. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau consiste \u00e0 garantir l'utilisation de l'eau gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un \u00e9quilibre appropri\u00e9 entre \u201cl'eau d'aujourd'hui et l'eau de demain\u201d, ainsi que les ressources en eau gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des innovations et \u00e0 la r\u00e9utilisation des eaux us\u00e9es. En outre, il a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que \u201cle concept de gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des ressources en eau, une approche verticale, doit \u00eatre combin\u00e9 avec une approche horizontale - le concept de l\u201c\u201dAlliance des cinq doigts\u201d, bas\u00e9 sur les liens fondamentaux entre l'eau, l'\u00e9nergie, l'alimentation, la sant\u00e9 et l'\u00e9ducation\".<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du Forum mondial des leaders de l'eau s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e virtuellement le 10 novembre.
