Portant le th\u00e8me de la \u201cGestion durable de l'eau pour les humains et la nature\u201d, le pr\u00e9sident du CME, Lo\u00efc Fauchon, a applaudi les organisateurs pour avoir mis en lumi\u00e8re la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de cet \u00e9quilibre essentiel.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nLa KIWW a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9e avec une forte pr\u00e9sence politique du ministre cor\u00e9en de l'environnement, ainsi que des ministres du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, de l'Alg\u00e9rie et du Sri Lanka, du maire de Daegu, du vice-pr\u00e9sident de l'Assembl\u00e9e nationale et d'autres participants estim\u00e9s. En effet, comme l'a rappel\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil mondial de l'eau, M. Fauchon, dans son discours d'ouverture, \u201cl'eau, c'est de la politique\u201d. Ce constat a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9 par une r\u00e9union de la table ronde des leaders de l'eau, qui a rassembl\u00e9 plus de 30 politiciens et d\u00e9cideurs de haut niveau venus du monde entier pour continuer \u00e0 \u0153uvrer ensemble \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution des d\u00e9fis actuels li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'eau.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nDans son discours d'ouverture intitul\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldwatercouncil.org\/en\/digital-water-humans-and-nature-keynote-speech-loic-fauchon-korea-international-water-week-4\">\u201cL'eau num\u00e9rique pour l'homme et la nature\u201d<\/a>, Le pr\u00e9sident Fauchon a insist\u00e9 sur le fait qu'au lieu d'une fracture num\u00e9rique, la technologie doit \u00eatre au service de l'humanit\u00e9. Tout en mettant en garde contre une autorit\u00e9 incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e et autonome qui s'emballe, il a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 que la technologie devrait \u00eatre mise \u00e0 profit pour rapprocher les citoyens des processus d\u00e9cisionnels.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nLe programme de la conf\u00e9rence, qui se d\u00e9roule du 4 au 7 septembre, s'articule autour d'applications pratiques dans quatre domaines : Mise en \u0153uvre de solutions ; Leadership mondial pour les ODD ; Partage des connaissances et renforcement des capacit\u00e9s ; et Cr\u00e9ation de valeur \u00e9conomique et sociale. De nombreux gouverneurs du Conseil mondial de l'eau participent aux conversations, notamment Y. Filali Meknassi, H. Lee, J. Lee, Y. Lee, H. Park, A. Saat\u00e7i, P. Salles, E. Tardieu, et de nombreux autres membres du Conseil mondial de l'eau.
