Ils ont discut\u00e9 de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'aborder le financement de l'eau de mani\u00e8re intersectorielle, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les investissements apportent des avantages multiples non seulement pour la fourniture d'eau et d'assainissement, mais aussi pour la nutrition, l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, la sant\u00e9 et l'\u00e9ducation. Ils ont \u00e9galement discut\u00e9 du r\u00f4le important de la bonne gouvernance et de la r\u00e9forme de la tarification dans le secteur de l'eau.<\/p>\n<p>Les pr\u00e9sidents Fauchon et Braga \u00e9taient \u00e0 Washington DC pour participer \u00e0 la Semaine de l'eau 2019 de la Banque mondiale du 2 au 4 avril, qui a donn\u00e9 l'occasion \u00e0 des centaines d'acteurs et de partenaires de la Banque mondiale d'en apprendre davantage sur les d\u00e9fis communs \u00e0 venir et sur le nouveau plan d'action strat\u00e9gique de la pratique mondiale de l'eau (WGP) et le nouveau rapport phare sur la qualit\u00e9 de l'eau.
