C'est par ces mots que le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil mondial de l'eau, Benedito Braga, a fait prendre conscience de l'importance de la gestion durable de l'eau lors de l'ENEG (r\u00e9union des entit\u00e9s nationales de l'eau et de l'assainissement au Portugal) et du congr\u00e8s sur le d\u00e9veloppement de l'Association internationale de l'eau, qui se sont tenus en novembre dernier au Portugal et en Argentine, respectivement, en pr\u00e9sence des repr\u00e9sentants politiques des \u00c9tats.<\/p>\n<p>En soulignant l'importance de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau pour atteindre les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable, M.
