{"id":3641,"date":"2017-04-13T15:04:44","date_gmt":"2017-04-13T13:04:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.worldwatercouncil.org\/inaugural-meeting-oecd-wwc-netherlands-roundtable-financing-water\/"},"modified":"2025-11-17T18:13:47","modified_gmt":"2025-11-17T17:13:47","slug":"inaugural-meeting-oecd-wwc-netherlands-roundtable-financing-water","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.worldwatercouncil.org\/fr\/inaugural-meeting-oecd-wwc-netherlands-roundtable-financing-water\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9union inaugurale de la table ronde OCDE-CMT-Pays-Bas sur le financement de l'eau"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Les 12 et 13 avril, le Conseil mondial de l'eau, l'OCDE et les Pays-Bas ont organis\u00e9 la r\u00e9union inaugurale de la table ronde sur le financement de l'eau \u00e0 Paris.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>La table ronde a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour faciliter une nouvelle approche et un dialogue accru entre les communaut\u00e9s de l'eau et de la finance sur la mani\u00e8re de relever les d\u00e9fis mondiaux du financement des investissements n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau et \u00e0 la croissance \u00e9conomique durable, y compris la contribution de l'eau \u00e0 l'ensemble plus large des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/div>\n<div>Plus de 60 participants ont pris part \u00e0 cette r\u00e9union sur invitation seulement.  Les discussions ont impliqu\u00e9 un large \u00e9ventail d'acteurs, des financiers aux propri\u00e9taires de projets dans le domaine de l'eau, en passant par les organisations internationales, les universit\u00e9s et les repr\u00e9sentants des gouvernements. Pendant une journ\u00e9e et demie, les dialogues d'experts se sont concentr\u00e9s sur les points suivants :<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>L'\u00e9cart entre les arguments \u00e9conomiques en faveur de l'investissement dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau et les arguments financiers<\/li>\n<li>Les attentes des financiers et l'environnement d'investissement dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau<\/li>\n<li>Comment convertir les avantages \u00e9conomiques de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau en b\u00e9n\u00e9fices financiers ?<\/li>\n<li>Comment augmenter le financement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un profil risque\/rendement attractif ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>Le financement des investissements li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'eau est et reste un d\u00e9fi majeur pour les pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et les pays en d\u00e9veloppement.
