Budapest, 2 d\u00e9cembre 2016 - Le Sommet de l'eau de Budapest 2016 s'est achev\u00e9 mercredi apr\u00e8s trois jours de panels et de forums de haut niveau et des mois de processus de consultation internationale. Au cours d'une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie sp\u00e9ciale, les participants ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le Messages du Sommet de l'eau de Budapest<\/a> et Recommandations politiques<\/a> qui d\u00e9finissent les orientations concr\u00e8tes et les lignes directrices n\u00e9cessaires pour garantir la mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie de l'Agenda 2030 et de ses objectifs li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'eau. \u00a0<\/div>\n
Plus de 30 gouverneurs et membres du Conseil mondial de l'eau ont particip\u00e9 au sommet, organis\u00e9 par le gouvernement hongrois en coop\u00e9ration avec le Conseil mondial de l'eau, sous le patronage de J\u00e1nos \u00c1der, pr\u00e9sident de la Hongrie. Le sommet comprenait plusieurs \u00e9v\u00e9nements de haut niveau, un forum des femmes, fortement soutenu par le Conseil, et une session sp\u00e9ciale pour lancer le programme jeunesse du Conseil.\u00a0<\/div>\n
Le Sommet de l'eau de Budapest 2016 a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'une des premi\u00e8res conf\u00e9rences mondiales \u00e0 examiner les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le cadre des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable depuis leur adoption en 2015 et \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir au cours des 15 prochaines ann\u00e9es. L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 entre le 7e et le 8e Forum mondial de l'eau, et ses r\u00e9sultats constitueront une \u00e9tape importante dans la pr\u00e9paration du Forum de Brasilia.<\/div>\n
Le sommet a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 l'occasion pour le groupe de haut niveau sur l'eau de se r\u00e9unir et d'examiner les progr\u00e8s accomplis depuis son appel \u00e0 l'action en septembre dernier.
