L'ouvrage scientifique intitul\u00e9 <i>Accro\u00eetre la r\u00e9silience \u00e0 la variabilit\u00e9 et au changement climatiques, les r\u00f4les de l'infrastructure et de la gouvernance dans le contexte de l'adaptation<\/i> a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e lors d'une session organis\u00e9e dans le cadre de la Semaine mondiale de l'eau \u00e0 Stockholm.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Le pr\u00e9sident Benedito Braga a accueilli les participants en soulignant que \u201ccette publication scientifique montre comment le secteur de l'eau peut apporter des solutions pr\u00e9cieuses aux d\u00e9fis pos\u00e9s par le changement et la variabilit\u00e9 climatiques, ce qui prouve l'interconnexion entre le climat et l'eau\u201d.\u201d \u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Cecilia Tortajada, r\u00e9dactrice en chef de la publication, a soulign\u00e9, parmi les messages cl\u00e9s issus des 11 \u00e9tudes de cas, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de combler le d\u00e9ficit de connaissances scientifiques dans ce domaine particulier, car les \u00e9tudes de cas montrent que les infrastructures peuvent contribuer de mani\u00e8re significative au renforcement de la r\u00e9silience climatique. Toutefois, les infrastructures ne suffisent pas \u00e0 elles seules \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la r\u00e9silience, car elles doivent \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9es d'approches appropri\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance et de gestion, adapt\u00e9es aux contextes locaux.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Une discussion anim\u00e9e a eu lieu entre les auteurs des \u00e9tudes de cas, mod\u00e9r\u00e9e par le professeur Asit Biswas, sur les avantages cruciaux et les consid\u00e9rations importantes du d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures dans le contexte du changement climatique.
