Et aussi les jeunes leaders de demain\u201d, annonce Benedito Braga, pr\u00e9sident du Conseil mondial de l'eau, lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d'ouverture de la r\u00e9union de lancement du 8e Forum mondial de l'eau, lundi 27 juin. La r\u00e9union de lancement de la 8e \u00e9dition du plus grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement mondial sur l'eau marque le d\u00e9but d'un processus pr\u00e9paratoire de deux ans qui m\u00e8nera jusqu'au Forum, qui se tiendra du 18 au 23 mars 2018. Pr\u00e8s de 800 participants de 55 pays se sont inscrits pour prendre part aux d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations de lancement, un record dans l'histoire du Forum mondial de l'eau. En plus de discuter des questions th\u00e9matiques les plus urgentes que le Forum devrait aborder, quatre autres processus ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9s : Politique, R\u00e9gional, Durabilit\u00e9 et Forum des citoyens. Ces contributions permettront d'affiner le cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du 8e Forum mondial de l'eau.  Dans son discours d'ouverture, le pr\u00e9sident Braga a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l'opportunit\u00e9 pour les participants de faire entendre leur voix et de cr\u00e9er ensemble un Forum qui refl\u00e8te leurs pr\u00e9occupations, dans un effort pour vraiment faire la diff\u00e9rence, soutenir les progr\u00e8s en cours et influencer les d\u00e9cideurs. Rodrigo Rollemberg, gouverneur du district f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de Brasilia, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201cCe forum est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 78% d'emplois d\u00e9pendent de l'eau... Allons de l'avant pour que ce forum devienne un tremplin pour faire de l'eau une question de la plus haute importance\u201d. \u201cSouvent, l'agenda public de l'eau n'a pas l'importance qu'il devrait avoir\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Vicente Andreu Guillo, pr\u00e9sident de l'ANA, l'agence br\u00e9silienne de l'eau. \u201cLe Forum constituera une \u00e9tape importante pour la gestion des ressources en eau au Br\u00e9sil.  Le Forum mondial de l'eau est le plus grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement li\u00e9 \u00e0 l'eau dans le monde, visant \u00e0 mettre l'eau fermement \u00e0 l'ordre du jour international. Il est organis\u00e9 tous les trois ans par le Conseil mondial de l'eau en collaboration avec les autorit\u00e9s du pays h\u00f4te. Organis\u00e9 dans le but de d\u00e9finir le cadre du Forum, le coup d'envoi est une \u00e9tape importante dans le processus de travail du Forum. La 8e \u00e9dition du Forum mondial de l'eau est organis\u00e9e par le Conseil mondial de l'eau en collaboration avec les gouvernements du Br\u00e9sil et de Brasilia. Son th\u00e8me, une contribution unique du Br\u00e9sil, est \u201dPARTAGER L'EAU\u201c.
