La candidature de Dakar a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e \u00e0 l'unanimit\u00e9 par un vote effectu\u00e9 lors de la 60e r\u00e9union du Conseil des gouverneurs.<\/div>\n<div>Le 9e Forum mondial de l'eau aura pour th\u00e8me \u201cLa s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau pour la paix et le d\u00e9veloppement\u201d.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>\u201cJe suis heureux de voir le Forum mondial de l'eau revenir en Afrique apr\u00e8s le tout premier Forum \u00e0 Marrakech en 1997. L'\u00e9dition 2021 sera une premi\u00e8re dans la r\u00e9gion subsaharienne, o\u00f9 des solutions collectives et innovantes aux d\u00e9fis de l'eau et de l'assainissement sont grandement n\u00e9cessaires\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil mondial de l'eau, Benedito Braga.<\/div>\n<div>Le vote a autoris\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident \u00e0 entamer des n\u00e9gociations avec le gouvernement s\u00e9n\u00e9galais en vue d'un accord entre le Conseil mondial de l'eau et les h\u00f4tes du 9e Forum.<\/div>\n<div>En attendant, le prochain Forum mondial de l'eau, qui se tiendra pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans l'h\u00e9misph\u00e8re sud, est pr\u00e9vu au printemps 2018 \u00e0 Brasilia, au Br\u00e9sil, et aura pour th\u00e8me central \u201cPartager l'eau\u201d. www.worldwaterforum8.org @wwaterforum8<\/div>\n<div>Le Forum mondial de l'eau est le plus grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement mondial consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l'eau.
