Lors du panel de haut niveau sur l'eau dans l'agenda de d\u00e9veloppement post-2015 qui se tient aujourd'hui, le Conseil mondial de l'eau exhorte les d\u00e9cideurs politiques et les acteurs de l'eau de toutes les nations \u00e0 maintenir l'\u00e9lan en faveur d'un objectif de d\u00e9veloppement durable d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l'eau afin de parvenir \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau dans tous les domaines. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le Conseil met au d\u00e9fi la communaut\u00e9 de l'eau de se concentrer sur la mani\u00e8re dont un tel objectif sera mis en \u0153uvre. Il y a dix ans, l'eau ne m\u00e9ritait que peu d'attention et de soutien de la part des d\u00e9cideurs mondiaux, des entreprises et des leaders d'opinion. Aujourd'hui, le sc\u00e9nario est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent. En 2015, l'eau a \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9e comme le plus grand risque soci\u00e9tal pour la d\u00e9cennie \u00e0 venir. L'impact de l'eau sur les populations et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du monde entier d\u00e9montre que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau est de plus en plus importante en tant que voie vers le d\u00e9veloppement durable. Alors que le dialogue et les n\u00e9gociations sur les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable entrent dans leur derni\u00e8re ligne droite, il est n\u00e9cessaire de concentrer et de mobiliser tous les efforts pour s'assurer que l'eau est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e, non seulement comme une fin en soi, mais aussi comme un moyen de parvenir au d\u00e9veloppement durable dans son ensemble. 2015 est une ann\u00e9e d'une importance vitale pour la communaut\u00e9 de l'eau.<\/p>\n

\u201cL'ann\u00e9e 2015 est une occasion que le monde ne peut se permettre de manquer : nous devons inventer ensemble notre avenir dans le domaine de l'eau. Aujourd'hui, nous nous r\u00e9unissons en Cor\u00e9e \u00e0 l'occasion du 7e Forum mondial de l'eau ; en septembre, l'Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Nations unies adoptera les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable ; et nous terminerons l'ann\u00e9e en d\u00e9battant d'un accord mondial sur le climat \u00e0 Paris, dans lequel l'eau sera reconnue comme un facteur majeur pour parvenir \u00e0 un consensus. Notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 construire un avenir s\u00fbr en mati\u00e8re d'eau d\u00e9pendra de notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transformer les d\u00e9fis futurs en opportunit\u00e9s. Pour r\u00e9ussir, nous avons besoin que les d\u00e9cideurs politiques et la communaut\u00e9 internationale s'unissent pour mettre en \u0153uvre des changements. Il n'y a pas de temps \u00e0 perdre\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Benedito Braga, pr\u00e9sident du Conseil mondial de l'eau.<\/p>\n

S'appuyant sur le 6e Forum mondial de l'eau de Marseille, qui a permis d'identifier un large \u00e9ventail de solutions, le 7e Forum mondial de l'eau \u00e9tablira des feuilles de route pour la mise en \u0153uvre et un syst\u00e8me de suivi des actions. Ces feuilles de route guideront les actions collectives et permettront de suivre les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par rapport aux objectifs formul\u00e9s par toutes les parties prenantes travaillant dans chacun des 16 domaines th\u00e9matiques du Forum. Les feuilles de route devraient \u00e9galement fournir une image claire de la mani\u00e8re de mettre en \u0153uvre les diff\u00e9rents aspects d'un objectif de d\u00e9veloppement durable mondial sur l'eau et, par cons\u00e9quent, soutenir la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable dans leur ensemble. En outre, le syst\u00e8me de suivi des actions cr\u00e9era des liens concrets entre les forums successifs en termes de catalyse de l'action, de sorte que la dynamique de changement positif pour la cause de l'eau soit continuellement renforc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Les feuilles de route pour la mise en \u0153uvre seront officiellement lanc\u00e9es lors du 7e Forum mondial de l'eau au cours de chaque session th\u00e9matique de cl\u00f4ture, et leurs messages cl\u00e9s succincts seront compil\u00e9s dans un document unique issu du Forum, appel\u00e9 \u201cEngagement de Daegu-Gyeongbuk pour la mise en \u0153uvre dans le domaine de l'eau\u201d. Ce document d'engagement unique sera sign\u00e9 lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture du 7e Forum mondial de l'eau.<\/p>\n
