Le traitement et la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'eau, tels que l'utilisation inefficace, l'adaptation au changement climatique et l'\u00e9valuation des services \u00e9cosyst\u00e9miques, sont \u00e9galement des moyens de contribuer \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 de l'agriculture. Ainsi, une utilisation et une gestion ad\u00e9quates de l'eau se traduisent par un secteur alimentaire plus productif et plus sain. Cette ann\u00e9e, la Journ\u00e9e de l'Am\u00e9rique latine et des Cara\u00efbes se concentrera sur l'ouverture d'un espace \u00e0 toutes les parties prenantes : des petits agriculteurs aux entreprises transnationales, des universit\u00e9s aux grandes ONG, des minist\u00e8res aux organisations intergouvernementales, tout le monde a son mot \u00e0 dire dans le d\u00e9bat de cette ann\u00e9e.
