Plac\u00e9 sous le th\u00e8me \u201c Renforcer la r\u00e9silience de l'eau : de l'innovation \u00e0 l'action \u201d, le Forum a r\u00e9uni des dirigeants internationaux, des experts, des institutions et des parties prenantes afin de faire progresser les solutions collectives en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'eau et de r\u00e9silience climatique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tout au long de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, le Conseil mondial de l\u2019eau a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019urgence de placer l\u2019eau au c\u0153ur des agendas politiques et mondiaux. S\u2019exprimant lors de la s\u00e9ance d\u2019ouverture, Lo\u00efc Fauchon, pr\u00e9sident du Conseil mondial de l\u2019eau, a lanc\u00e9 un appel pressant \u00e0 l\u2019action, soulignant que \u201c la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau, sous toutes ses formes, est une priorit\u00e9 essentielle pour la plan\u00e8te \u201d. Soulignant le r\u00f4le de premier plan et l\u2019expertise de la Turquie dans le secteur de l\u2019eau, il a insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance d\u2019une responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e entre les gouvernements, les institutions et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile pour relever les d\u00e9fis croissants li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de l'innovation technologique, le Conseil mondial de l'eau a soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'un engagement politique plus fort et d'une gouvernance coordonn\u00e9e. Dans un message fort adress\u00e9 \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 internationale, Lo\u00efc Fauchon a rappel\u00e9 aux participants que la paix et la coop\u00e9ration restent des conditions essentielles au d\u00e9veloppement durable :\u00a0<strong>\u201c Les robinets avant les armes. \u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil mondial de l\u2019eau a \u00e9galement apport\u00e9 sa contribution au groupe d\u2019experts de haut niveau sur le th\u00e8me \u201c One Water \u2013 One Health \u201d, en soulignant les liens \u00e9troits qui unissent les syst\u00e8mes hydriques et la sant\u00e9 publique. Tirant les le\u00e7ons de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur la surveillance des eaux us\u00e9es, la collaboration intersectorielle et l\u2019importance d\u2019int\u00e9grer les politiques relatives \u00e0 l\u2019eau, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie et \u00e0 l\u2019environnement. Cette session a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 le message selon lequel\u00a0<strong>\u201c L'eau et la sant\u00e9 ne peuvent plus \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re cloisonn\u00e9e. \u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre des pr\u00e9paratifs du 11e Forum mondial de l'eau qui se tiendra \u00e0 Riyad en 2027, le Conseil mondial de l'eau et le minist\u00e8re de l'Environnement, de l'Eau et de l'Agriculture d'Arabie saoudite ont coorganis\u00e9 une session strat\u00e9gique intitul\u00e9e \u201c Rapprocher les visions d'Istanbul \u00e0 Riyad \u201d.
