Japan Water Forum
The Japan Water Forum (JWF), created in 2003 as a non-profit organization, aims to further develop capacity and information networks, expand water-related knowledge and activities, and support organizations in their international water activities by spreading the know-how cultivated through the 3rd World Water Forum.

Soroptimist International of Kyoto
Created nearly forty years ago, Soroptimist International of Kyoto is a volunteer group comprised of women in specialist and managerial positions with the aim of promoting women's rights, international understanding, and the protection of the world's natural environment. "Nothing would make us happier than for this award to benefit in the solving of the world's water problems."

The World Water Council
The World Water Council is dedicated to strengthening the world water movement for an improved management of the world's water resources and water services. Its mission is "to promote awareness, build political commitment and trigger action on critical water issues at all levels, including the highest decision-making level to facilitate the efficient conservation, protection, development, planning, management and use of water in all its dimensions on an environmentally sustainable basis for the benefit of all life on earth."

The 4th World Water Forum
The World Water Forums are built on the knowledge, experience and input of different types of organizations active in the global water policy. It is a venture founded on the principles of collaboration, partnership and innovation. The 4th World Water Forum will take place in Mexico City in March 2006.
