Mr. Guy Fradin
Guy Fradin is The General Director of Seine-Normandy Water Agency. He has worked in the Department of Forestry of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Rome and International Affairs of the Ministry of Agriculture. Subsequently in charge of economic issues of the ministry and then appointed Deputy Director for the countryside and the forest. He served as Deputy Director of the Minister of Agricultures office, Regional Director of Agriculture and Forestry Ile-de-France, Director of nature and landscapes and Director of the Office of the Minister of the environment before being appointed Director General of the Seine Normandy Water Agency.

Mr. Jean-Paul RIVAUD
Jean-Paul RIVAUD heads the international relations office at the direction of the water department in charge of ecology. As such it provides the international strategy of the ministry (bilateral and multilateral) in the field of water, he advises the head of the water direction in this regard and he is involved in the implementation of this strategy particularly in relation with other ministries (ministry of foreign affairs). He has conducted numerous missions in foreign countries; in the field of water policy he is particularly aware of transboundary issues.
