About the Governor representative
Jinsheng JIA
Dr Jia has a Ph.D of Science in Hydraulic Engineering. He is the Vice -President, of China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR), Vice President and Secretary General of CHINCOLD, Director of Research Center on Flood and Drought Disaster Mitigation from the Ministry of Water Resources, China. He has a 20 years experience of engineering in Dams and Water in China and at the international level, as well as a large experience and involvement in several International Organizations.

Michel De Vivo
Mr Michel De Vivo is an Mecanical and Hydro engineer with a 25 years experience in Dams and Water management in France and at the International level. Mr De Vivo is Secretary General of ICOLD since 2005. He was in charge of EDF development in Africa and Indian Ocean for 10 years. He was responsible of Dams ans Hydro infrastructures rehabilitation in Lebanon after the war and in Mali in 1990.
