Irfan AKER
Mr. H. Irfan AKER is President of an engineering and consultancy company which deals with the development of water resources, dams and reservoirs, irrigation, water supply, river basin management, agriculture and rural areas, urban areas. He is also active in ICOLD activities. He is the former Chairman of ICOLD Ad Hoc Committee on Economic Evaluation and Financing of Dam Projects and the former General Secretary for the Turkish National Committee of ICOLD. Irfan Aker has more than 25 year experience in the management and coordination of major, dam irrigation, water supply, potable and waste water treatment plant, sewerage system, pipeline, pump station, power production projects. (Member of IHA, ICOLD, World Energy Council, European Wind Energy Association, Turkish-American Business Association.)

Sinan AKER
Mr. Sinan Aker has 27 years of experience in the planning, feasibility, design and construction and equipment installation supervision of major multi-disciplinary projects in the fields of power production, irrigation, water supply and water treatment plants. He has spent all of his professional life for the master plan, feasibility and final design projects of water resources projects. He is experienced in optimization studies and cascade operation of reservoirs. He coordinated several water supply projects. Mr. Aker has vast experience in preparation of assessment reports, evaluation, feasibility studies contract documents, preconstruction services, monitoring work programs, CPM, optimization, cost/benefit analyses, project economy.
