The World Water Council is co-organizing a number of high level panels in Daegu and Gyeonbuk, and will host WWC and member events on its Pavilion at the EXCO venue, Daegu. 


7th World Water Forum, Water for our future

The 7th World Water Forum to be held in Daegu - Gyeongbuk, Republic of Korea, 12-17 April 2015, will focus on the implementation of the solutions that were identified during the 6th edition (France, 2012) in line with its 3 strategic goals.

World Water Council: An International Multi-Stakeholder Platform for a Water Secure World

The World Water Council was established in 1996 in response to increasing concern from the global community about world water issues. Its mission is to promote awareness, build political commitment and trigger action on critical water issues at all levels, including the highest decision-making level, to facilitate the efficient management and use of water in all its dimensions and on an environmentally sustainable basis.
